What we've been up to! Burgers, fitness, family....

Hi all, 

It's been a while since we've posted here and wanted to catch you all up. As you may or may not know we started selling our spice rubs in 2019. In 2022, my friend Phillip Frankland-Lee and I started doing burger pop ups using my OG steak spice rub in the burgers. Fast forward to 2026 and NADC Burger now has 9 locations in: Austin, Chicago, NYC, Denver, Dallas, Charlotte, and Fort Worth! 

I also started coaching on a fitness app called ladder in 2020. The name of my team is Team Resilient, and it's been awesome sharing my knowledge and creating workouts that target explosive power and athletic strength. You can try it here for free 

Our son Rocco is 3 1/2 and we have been spending time in both Chicago and Fort Worth and he gets to be with both sides of his family. It's been awesome, and he loves helping pack up the spice rubs and drop them off at the post office.
